Atlantis … it must be
Looking west from Cape Cornwall on Friday we could clearly see the Isles of Scilly. You can just make them out on the horizon, to the right of the Brisons. We've been here hundreds of times all through the year and never seen them before. A quick fiddle with Google Earth told me that they're about 28 miles away - I suppose that relative humidity must have been especially low.
